How do I register for an account?
To regsiter an account with Sweet Flavor, simply go on the top right of the home page, click on « sign in Account », then click on « Create an account » under « Don’t have an account yet ? »
I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
You forgot your pasword ? nothing easier, go on the top right of the home page, click on « sign in Account », then click on « Forgot your password ? »
How do I place an order?
Easy task. To place an order simply select the items you wish to order, click on add to cart button, then view cart to make sure you selected all items you want, if your cart look good to you simply click on check out. Once on check out page, you can either express check, sign in or create an account. Enter all your billing and shipping address, choose your Shipping method, regular ground for businesses, home delivery, express 2 days or express 1 day (standard overnight). Last but not least enter your payment information, you can choose from regular credit card payment, PayPal and even pay overtime with Affirm.
How do I check the status of my order?
With Sweet Flavor, you will received notification by email of the status of your order, however if you dont want to wait for notification you can then simply sign in to your account where you can check your order history and status of your pending order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If the item you choose is in stock, we usually ship within 24 hours, then allow 1 to 5 business days depending of your state and city. Our warehouse is located in Miami, Florida.
How can I get a copy of my invoice?
We usually send you a copy of your invoice on the email you provided us. If you need additional copy, please email us at contact@sweetflavorfl.com and we will be more than happy to send you a duplicate.
Can I cancel my order?
If we are still processing your order then yes you can still cancel it but if your order has already been ship you wont be able to cancel it, however you can still wait for the delivery and then ask for a return, please visit our shipping and return policy for more details has some charge may apply.
